Young professionals guarantee a successful future of any company. Škoda Auto wants to be one step ahead of its competitors and timely preparation and training of young experts is among its priorities.

University students are offered cooperation during their studies in a form of:

• professional training
• diploma thesis supervision

Professional training provides the students with an opportunity to gain a valuable insight in company processes and discover the company culture, which poses a significant advantage on the outset of their careers.

Their proficiency is guaranteed by internship projects/thesis topics presented the patronage of professionals from individual Škoda Auto fields of action.

We provide accommodation in the Škoda Auto dormitory for students coming from remote destinations. The capacity is limited, though.

Intern’s/ diploma student’s activity is paid with 50,- CZK / hour, which may amount to (based on daily attendance)  up to 8.800,- CZK per month.

If you are successful in a selection procedure, we shall provide you with contract, and arrange all joining formalities. An e-mail inviting you to sign the contract and settle all formalities will also contain detail information on the stay.

If your application is rejected by Škoda Auto, reconsider your demands, or try to apply another time.

Each applicant may participate in the selection procedures only. If the application is rejected at three different work places, Škoda Auto stipulates the right to remove the applicant form the database.
